Acapela Group introduces four new Polish AI-powered digital voices for children, named Kuba, Hania, Julka, and Antek. These voices feature advanced "voice smileys" capability for more natural and spontaneous speech output.
They join the cheery family of child voices that, since our world premiere in 2012, have assisted thousands of young users in better communicating, playing, progressing, and learning. These new voices help children with communication impairments by giving lifelike intonation and emotional expression via AI technology using a voice that clearly sounds like their classmates bridges gaps.
This major step for young Polish users was developed with our partner, AssisTech, a Polish company offering cutting-edge inclusive solutions. They were the first AAC player to adopt our kids’ voices in Poland and have been a strong contributor to this development.
Enhancing Expressiveness with voice smileys
Acapela Group emphasizes the importance of expressiveness and emotion in communication, especially for children with speech challenges.
Designed specifically for children with communication impairments, the AI-enhanced voices provide lifelike intonation and emotional expression, helping to bridge understanding gaps and make conversations more engaging through AAC.
Our Polish child voices offer what we call Voice Smileys, Like laughter #LAUGH01# , or sneezing #SNEEZE01# as well as specific recordings that are easy to use and instantly breathe life into the message, for enhanced expressiveness!

Growing Family of Digital Voices
The Polish children’s voices complement the adult Polish voices of Ania, Gosia, and Piotr and join the joyful ban of children’s voices already available.
Acapela Group has now generated over 50 kid voices across ten languages, further expanding the choice available to young users.
